Hi Simon
If you start your MapInfo Pro today, you should see a small red bell in the lower right corner (marked with 1 on the image below).
Click that bell to open up the Notifications window. Now double-click the message referring to updates from the MapInfo Marketplace.
Finally, when the MapInfo Marketplace has been loaded into a window, use the Update All or the Update Product button to get the updated version of the Info Select Handler tool.

I have attached a newer version of the tool to this comment.
Download it and unzip it into a folder and run it from here.
The current version you have is installed in a subfolder here:
%localappdata%\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\1900\Tools\InfoSelHandler x64
I'll get it uploaded to the Marketplace too but that might take a little while

Yeah, I know what's causing this. A mistake on my side.
I think you may be able to fix it by going to the About option for the tool and here select your preferred language.
Let me know if that fixes the issue for you. If not, I have a new version of the tool that just hasn't been published to the Marketplace yet

I tried to install the InfoSelect Handler in v19.3 but get a bunch of errors when first loading.
The first one says - variable SYS_INFO_CULTURE not defined.
Does anyone know the cause of this?
